When discussing exercise, it always seems like people focus on weight loss. I'm on the other end of the spectrum. I'm a fairly underweight person. I'd really like an exercise regimen that'll help me build some muscle. The reason I avoid going to the gym is I just don't know where or how to start or if I can do what I need to without springing for a gym membership.
